Message: I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful, friendly and persistent service I received from you. You never gave up and I feel you went over and beyond your duty to assist me in any way possible. You also exuded a lot of patience with all the calls I made to you. The personal service (telephonically and via email) was truly amazing. You made me feel welcome and wanted as a client (as if I was the only client). This is the first time I have dealt with a service provider who was willing to be over backwards for me and who was persistent even when I, the client, gave up any hope.

You personally will definitely be recommended by me to anyone who will listen.

Comments: I would like to make mention that the ticketing system that your company has created is truly exceptional. I find it much easier than faxing or even conversing via telephone because all you need to do is feed your information into the ticketing system and wait for your reply it is that simple and even when contacting your offices one is still given great service by your staff. All in all it is a pleasure dealing with your company and staff.

Comments: I applied for a loan at Southern Money - [Hidden Web Address] filled in the loan application and sent through all my supporting docs. Now get this AFTER I sent them my payslip (which is an official VIP Payroll payslip with ALL my personal details on), they wanted more. I sent them my Appointment letter. They wanted my payslip stamped by HR !!! When I told them no company does that and that NOT EVEN banks are so ridiculous, I got this reply : 'Please fax through a letter from your HR department stating that the company does not make use of stamps.' Are these people in the market for making business or wasting peoples time?? Wasting our time! So my advice to people looking for a loan - Even a bank is easier to get a loan from than Southern Money. Skip Southern Money and get a loan hassle-free at some other place!!!

[COMMENT: Southern Money prides itself in the fact that it is National Credit Act compliant. In this our clients should take comfort. We do not discuss client problems in public domain. But perhaps we should mention in this instance that it is sadly so that in some instances more stringent verification of information is necessary. However, if clients quickly assist in providing the necessary information the turnaround time will drastically decrease. We are convinced that if a client cannot get a loan, bond or cell phone contract with Southern Money then it will be highly unlikely that the client will be successful elsewhere. In fact many companies process through Southern Money and its service providers. We pride ourselves in our excellent success rate, even during difficult economic times. We will always treat our clients with dignity and respect. We never ask the impossible and will never ask personal questions or launch personal attacks. Yet, we expect the same.]
